All you need in order to qualify for a Rent to Buy are:
  • Take-home salary of R15,000 or more per month. If you and your spouse are making a joint application, your combined salaries must be R15,000 or more per month.
  • Living and working in Gauteng, Cape Town, uMhlanga, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Emalahleni, Middelburg, Rustenburg or Polokwane.
  • Have a valid ID/Passport.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
